Jess Askew, Chiropractic Assistant
Jess was raised in Bellevue, WA and is a current Licton Springs local. Jess first started at the clinic as an Ideal Protein patient in 2015 before becoming the newest member of the In Touch with Health Chiropractic team. She is a firm advocate of body-centered therapy, healing, and meditation practices.
"Holistic healing is challenging. It requires dedication to your self and your body to undo years of mental, physical, and social conditioning, and there's no quick fix. But the long-term effects are profound! I'm happy to be in a place dedicated to supporting those going through a healing process. It's a privilege to work in an environment where health is so valued, and I hope to be a welcoming and encouraging presence for everyone who comes in."
Jess loves dance and theatre, and graduated from Ithaca College in 2011 with a degree in Drama. She frequently swing dances and performs vintage jazz in Seattle.
